The Kolenchery
Association was founded in the year 2003, precisely on Jan 17, 2003
in a get-together of handful of like-minded Keralites from in and
around Kolenchery. It has now become, though still in a fledgling
state Kol-As for Caring & Sharing , with 171 members. It is
all set to take off in a big way. For the expatriates in the Gulf,
any place in Kerala, invokes a feeling of nostalgia, a
belongingness, Kolenchery is no exception.

About Kolenchery
Kolenchery was just a hamlet with
church, handful of schools and cinema theatre five decades ago. It
was known outside as the home of contractors and real estate owners.
It is absolutely diverse now; Kolenchery is among those few towns in
Kerala, which has made great progress during the near past, whether
it is the case of industries, educational institutions or any other
concern.
